These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Synema mobile application and the website https://www.synemaapp.com (collectively, the "Service").

Movie information, posters, trailers, ratings, and streaming availability are provided by TMDb (The Movie Database) and other third-party providers.

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all movie data is complete, accurate, or up to date.

This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.

Intellectual Property

Synema, including its name, branding, design, software, graphics, and original content, is owned by Synema and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or future development.

Disclaimer
